Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Infra Setup programs confirmed by invoice or written enrollment notice. The website itself does not process payments.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort start date and have not accessed downloadable template packs issued for that cohort.

Timeframe for requests

Refund requests must be emailed to info@infra-setup.digital within thirty (30) days of payment for eligible cancellations, or within seven (7) days of the first live session if a documented technical failure on our side prevented access.

Full and partial refunds

Full refund — cancellation ≥14 days before start, no template pack downloaded.
Partial refund (50%) — cancellation between 13 and 3 days before start, provided live sessions have not begun.
No refund — cancellation within 72 hours of start, or after attending any live session, except where required by law or caused by our material failure.

Non-refundable items

Archive Pass renewals after digital materials are delivered, custom on-site briefings once travel is booked, and third-party exam fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email your full name, program name, payment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for identity verification matching the payer.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days beyond our control.

Cancellation by Infra Setup

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected. Documented medical emergencies may be considered for goodwill credits at our discretion.
