Quiet rigor for noisy award seasons
Infra Setup began in Daegu as a small clinic for controllers drowning in grant attachments. Today we teach teams how a financial auditing app for grant compliance audits should feel in daily work — ordered, explainable, and review-ready.
Mission
We exist so grant money can be examined without theatrics. Learners leave able to show a funder exactly how a sample was chosen, why a control failed, and what evidence remains on file.
Korea’s research institutes, municipal programs, and cross-border partnerships shape our case library. International cohorts are welcome; local context stays visible.
Pedagogy
Instruction mixes short briefings with workpaper studios. No gamified point systems. Feedback is written, specific, and tied to artifacts you can reuse at work.
Peer critique
Small cohorts annotate each other’s anonymized files under instructor guidance.
App fluency
We teach the language of modern audit software without locking you to one vendor logo.
Student journey
Week 0
Orientation call, access packet, and a short diagnostic on your current grant portfolio.
Weeks 1–4
Core method: scoping, sampling, testing, and findings — practiced inside sandbox workflows.
Week 5
Live file clinic with instructor notes returned within five business days.
Afterward
Alumni channel for template updates and occasional Korea-specific regulatory briefings.
Community
Alumni include university controllers, NGO finance leads, and boutique firm seniors who specialize in restricted funds. Gatherings are infrequent and substantive — usually a single evening briefing in Daegu or an online clinic on a new funder checklist.
